the facilities are great, with plenty of washing machines, dryers, and a spacious common room perfect for relaxing or dining. i loved the rooftop view and the events organized by ellis, especially the themed paint and sip nights. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better.

The 24-hour front desk staff were so available; they must never sleep! I had a blast hiking in the popular area nearby and even tried karaoke - let's just say I should stick to hiking.

Who doesn't love slipping on a crowded kitchen floor and dodging unclean cutlery? Great experience!

I absolutely adored the cozy ambiance of the lobby with its charming decor and plenty of comfortable seating for us senior folks to relax and chat. the accessibility of the hotel to the CBD was wonderful, making it easy for me to stroll around and explore without any hassle.

A handrail in the shower for added safety for us older guests.
